Mr. Carver joined Alaron in June of 2005 as its Chief Financial Officer and was chosen to lead the firm’s Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy initiatives in December of 2007. Prior to joining Alaron, Mr. Carver worked at Bank of America N.A. from 1999 through May 2005 where he served as Chief Financial Officer of Bank of America Futures, Inc. and Vice President, Manager – Finance Business Support. From 1995 to 1998 Mr. Carver traded interest rate futures for risk management and worked in control functions at AMRESCO. Mr. Carver received his BS in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1996 and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. Mr. Carver is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Public Accountant, Principal Member of the National Futures Association and has NASD Series 3, 7, 24, 27, and 63 licenses. Mr. Carver is a member of the Alaron Risk Committee and is currently a member of Vistage, a developmental organization for business executives.
